We’ve been RVing for over a decade now. We started in an old Volkswagen bus, graduated to a Toyota Dolphin, then to our class A Winnebago and now our Monaco Diesel Pusher. We kept going out for weeks, then months at a time when finally we realized that we had to go home. We had to read our mail, do some banking, see doctors, and just take care of our home and property. But we HAD TO GO HOME… and we didn’t want to! So we decided to sell the house and do what we love full-time.
Intimacy: that’s the best way I can describe our experience crossing the country. We’ve met people from all walks of life. Some we met in campgrounds, others in mobile home parks, at BLM camps and some at events, but one thing we’ve discovered after doing this for a while and spending time with our new friends (that we would’ve otherwise never met) is that they let us into their lives. We get to eat with them, meet their family and friends, learn about their culture and explore the best of their home town.
So I commended enjoyment, because a man has nothing better under the sun than to eat, drink, and be merry; for this will remain with him in his labor all the days of his life which God gives him under the sun.
